How many kids are welcome per party at your KIDz Party Venue?
1-8 per VIP GUEST including VIPerson

Will invitation be available?
Yes, invitation will be forwarded via email/text once event date is PAID IN FULL.

Does your company offer food service?
No, our party package comes with Pizza

(Domino’s Pizza)
However, you are more than welcome to provide your own/extra food…(table provided)

What are the ages your company service?
KIDz Party Venue Kids ages (1-10)
Fashion Show Attire sizes (6 months -youth 9/10)

*****All attire are dry clean after each use…hats, shoes, etc are disinfectant

ROYAL THRONE RENTAL SERVICE:
Do your company offer delivery/pick-up service?
Yes, we provide delivery/pick up with our Royalty Throne Chair Rental service.
Provide us your event date and time we will deliver and pick up.

KIDZ (V.I.P.) very important parties, LLC does not make appointments for special delivery/pick-up times. KIDZ (V.I.P.) very important parties, LLC will provide a 2hr delivery/pick-up time frame before and after your event, via text/email. When Throne Chair is delivered/picked-up the person requesting rental, event owner or event planner will need to be present to sign off on delivery/pick-up invoice.

How long is the Throne Chair Rental?
Rental time is (4) hours from requested time.

What area does your company delivery?
Currently, we delivery to Orleans, Metairie, WestBank & Slidell.

Is there a required Deposit for Venue Parties/Throne Rental?
Yes. A required NON-REFUNDED deposit of 50% to hold your requested date
(calculated at checkout)
Balance due (7) days before schedule event date

We accept credit/debit cards & business checks

Are there any additional fees?
Yes. There are State, Local taxes and processing fees

Are there any Special Requirements?
Yes, the special requirements are as follows:

Throne Chair should NOT be left in direct sun as the Throne Chair chair can burn. KIDZ (V.I.P.) very important parties, LLC will NOT be responsible if burn should happen.

Throne Chair should NOT be left in the rain as it will cause defect to the Throne Chair.

Drinks or Liquids should NOT be on or near the Throne Chair.

Is there a Damage Fee?
Yes. If the Throne Chair is damaged or defected and noted during pick-up service, a Damage Fee of $100 will be applied to the card on file, the day of the event.
